🏆 Idaho Pizza Company – The OG Favorite
This was the first place my family went when we moved to Meridian, and we were instantly hooked. So much I became their social media manager for 5 years! Their ranch is LEGENDARY (yes, I know the recipe, and no, you can’t have it). The lunch buffet is wildly popular, especially on Wednesdays (double punch day!). Their salad bar wins “Best of Boise” every year for a reason.
They have multiple locations, but the Meridian spot stays busy—order early if you want delivery. Sometimes, I’ll go to the Eagle location just for the slower pace and patio views. 🍞 Hidden Gem: Garbonzo’s on Ustick
Thick, fresh crust with plentiful toppings, but the real stars are the BREADSTICKS and MONKEY BREAD—absolute must-tries. They also have a small salad buffet, but I’ve never tried it since I always do takeout here.
🍕 New York-Style: Johnny Bronx
If you’re craving NY-style pizza, Johnny Bronx is the place. And yes, they have a drive-thru. Get their specialty pizza—whatever it is, just trust me and try it.

While Blaze Pizza is locally owned and a solid option, my pick for authentic wood-fired pizza is Margherita Pizza on Franklin & Eagle. Family-owned, handcrafted, and delicious.

Flying Pie brings unexpected toppings and a funky, edgier atmosphere that you don’t usually find in Meridian.
👥 Best for Large Groups: Mountain Mike’s
The new Mountain Mike’s on Linder is HUGE, making it a great spot for big gatherings.
🍕 Crispy Pepperoni Perfection: Uncle Bob’s Pizza
Their crispy pepperoni pizza is so good, but the dining space is super open, so I usually opt for takeout instead of dining in.
