How to submit:
General Calendar Listing ($10 per event)—If your event is smaller in scale or organized by a for-profit business, select this option.
If your event includes non-consecutive dates (such as multiple weekends) please submit a separate submission for each event.
Select “Add to Cart” to complete the events form and proceed through the $10 checkout.
Large Event Listing (Free)—Select this option if your event meets one of the following criteria (this listing does NOT include for-profit concerts, festivals, events smaller in scale, business openings or regularly re-occurring events) :
Expected attendance of 300+ people
Hosted by a well-established non-profit organization
City organized events
Art exhibitions (please limit to gallery openings and artist collectives).
Events focused on local agriculture or farming (please limit to “opening days” or “grand events”).
Annual grand event, event is not regularly ongoing. Regularly occurring events can be submitted under the general calendar listing.
Select “Add to Cart” to complete the events form and proceed through checkout (no payment will be collected).

Important Notes:
All submissions are subject to approval by the Hello Meridian Marketing Team.
For best results, please submit your event at least three weeks in advance. Events must be submitted no later than two weeks before the event date to be considered for calendar placement.
Misuse of the listing categories may result in permanent exclusion from the calendar.
