Welcome to the Hello Meridian Community Calendar!
Promote your local event in or around the Treasure Valley.
This calendar was originally created to highlight major community events in the Treasure Valley—including city-sponsored gatherings, art exhibitions, nonprofit fundraisers, and agricultural fairs. Due to overwhelming demand (and the extra time it takes to keep everything updated!), we’ve added a small $10 administrative fee for submitted events.
City-hosted large-scale events will still be added automatically by our team.

How to submit:
Large Event Listing (Free)—Select this option if your event meets one of the following criteria (this listing does NOT include for-profit concerts, festivals, events smaller in scale, business openings or regularly re-occurring events) :
Expected attendance of 300+ people
Hosted by a well-established non-profit organization
City organized events
Art exhibitions (Please limit to gallery openings and artist collectives.)
Events and dinners focused on agriculture or farming
Annual grand event, event is not regularly ongoing
Select “Add to Cart” to complete the events form and proceed through checkout (no payment will be collected).
General Calendar Listing ($10 per event)—If your event is smaller in scale or organized by a for-profit business, select this option.

Important Notes:
All submissions are subject to approval by the Hello Meridian Marketing Team.
For best results, please submit your event at least three weeks in advance. Events must be submitted no later than two weeks before the event date to be considered for calendar placement.
Misuse of the listing categories may result in permanent exclusion from the calendar.
