Dog friendly bars! (What about restaurants??)

I had a question a little while ago about local bars that are dog friendly, and as I don’t own a dog, I don’t know very much about it so I did a little research. Most of these came as referrals, so I would probably call and verify just to make sure rules haven’t changed in the last little bit.

Also where are your favorite pet friendly outdoor locations? With friends we usually will go to Discovery Park, or the dog park at Storey Park. And of course the Greenbelt. You?
