El Gaucho Steak House
@elgauchosteakhouse officially opened in @downtownboise tonight, and Katie of @travelingspud and I spent a beautiful evening there.
The menu centers on fresh seafood and dry-aged steaks cooked over a charcoal grill in an open exhibition-style kitchen. Service is traditional and attentive, with tableside elements and live music setting the tone for a slower, intentional dining experience. Our server Laura was the best.
They’ve done a really nice job with the space. It’s interesting to see it since this particular space has been through so many transitions so recently. Candlelight, warm finishes, and thoughtful details give it that classic steakhouse feel that’s becoming harder to find. It feels designed for lingering over a meal rather than rushing through it.
If you appreciate old-school fine dining and a more elevated night out, El Gaucho is now officially open in Boise.
