I met Belén a few months ago at the Idaho Business Review Women of the Year meet and greet. She introduced herself and within about thirty seconds I remember thinking, how has this woman not already been on my radar, and also, obviously we need to be friends.
We immediately went downstairs to Hemlock, grabbed drinks, and ended up talking for a couple of hours. Immediate girl crush. 😻 A criminal defense attorney who also founded a private investigation company. Dripping with her signature style along with the kind of warmth and ease that only comes from being completely comfortable with who you are. Confident. Grounded. Unapologetically herself. Yes to all of it. 👏
Belén Meyers, Esq. is a criminal defense attorney and entrepreneur based in Idaho. She is the founder of @legallybelen - Belén Meyers Law, a boutique criminal defense firm focused on high stakes cases. She is also one of the few native Spanish speaking attorneys in the state whose practice is dedicated exclusively to criminal defense, and she is known for fearless advocacy and for giving a voice to communities that are often overlooked.
Beyond her law firm, Belén leads several other businesses. She is the founder of Séptima Intelligence @septimaintelligence, an intelligence and investigation firm staffed by former law enforcement professionals, and @workhorsespaces, a luxury flexible workspace brand. She is also a wife and a mother to Irish twin sons, who she considers her greatest achievement.
