Elizabeth Lizberg is the CEO of @camprainbowgold, where she’s led incredible growth since joining in 2007. What started as one camp under the American Cancer Society has become a thriving nonprofit that serves children with cancer and their families through five camps each year.
In 2014, Elizabeth guided the organization to become independent, and by 2019, they secured 172 acres in Fairfield, Idaho, now known as Hidden Paradise. Even through COVID, her team hosted camps two years ahead of schedule. A $16 million capital campaign made it possible to build cabins, a health center, an amphitheater, and more, creating Idaho’s only fully accessible medical camp.
Elizabeth leads with teamwork, collaboration, and heart. She’s been recognized as an Idaho Business Review CEO of Influence and a Women of the Year nominee. She loves traveling with her family, with a goal of visiting all 50 states 🌊✨
