The Boise Post is Officially Open

@theboisepost is officially open.

Located at the top of the new AC Hotel Boise Downtown and Element Boise Downtown, it’s now the highest rooftop restaurant and bar in Boise with views overlooking downtown and the foothills.

The space is gorgeous, the cocktails are solid, and the menu is built around seasonal ingredients with shareable plates and global influences from Executive Chef Hunter Durgan.

Definitely one of the biggest restaurant openings Boise has seen in a while.
